2. Permitted use
You may browse the website and share links to its public pages for personal, family, educational, review or legitimate press purposes.
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, submit harmful or unlawful material, impersonate another person, use automated tools to overload or scrape the site, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Copyright and intellectual property
The Zessa Stripes books, story text, original characters and illustrations are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights belonging to John-Paul Rye or used with permission. Website copy, layout and original site materials are copyright AuthorCentral.uk or used with permission.
No ownership rights pass to a visitor. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, adapt, train a commercial model on, remove attribution from, or create commercial products from the books, characters, illustrations or website materials without written permission, except where the law expressly permits.
Files expressly offered through the Parent Print Shop may be downloaded and printed at home for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be sold, redistributed, uploaded to another service or used for commercial manufacture. A grown-up is responsible for operating the printer, selecting suitable materials and checking the finished item before it is given to a child.
Brief quotation and limited use for genuine review, news reporting or other lawful fair dealing remain subject to applicable law and appropriate acknowledgement.
4. Contact service
The contact form is for adults. Information submitted must be accurate, relevant and lawful. Do not submit private information about a child, confidential material you are not entitled to share, malicious code, spam or attachments.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confidential, agency, publishing, licensing or other contractual relationship. A contract exists only when its terms are separately agreed by authorised parties.
